Director of Public Relations and Marketing, AGroup, 2016 – 2019

A Kaliningrad business group running three luxury Hotels & Restaurants

Created and integrated all PR and marketing strategies to grow both online and offline visibility, brand image and demand generation.

Rebranded the company image by merging all projects into one group: http://ageevgroup.ru, including market research and analysis, briefings to IT and programmers, visual design creation, copy writing, storytelling, key messages, creating all visual contents, SEO, ongoing content updates and analytics.

Changed and drove the creation of all new marketing materials to streamline the company’s image

Organized and promoted the company’s key annual events (e.g. gastronomic dinners with special chefs, New Year’s Eve parties, wine degustation)

Developed strong partnerships with local organizations to further increase brand awareness

Managed all media and press enquiries whilst liaising with the press on a regular basis including partnership with print and online media.
